Welcome in the autumn energy with this seven-week yoga series. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, start your day with an invigorating Ashtanga Standing Series. We will borrow from the Ashtanga Primary Series to practice the standing poses, backbends and finishing sequence.
Time for meditation, pranayama and savasana will round out this 75-minute morning sequence.
